Maritime

My home state of Tasmania has a very rich Maritime history and sees a large variety of vessels each year. During the Spring and Summer months many of the World's largest Cruise Ships make port calls in Hobart. Together with occasional visits by various naval vessels, the hosting of the Tall Ships Festival, The Australian Wooden Boat Festival and the finish of the iconic blue water classic Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race, the photographic opportunities are amazing. This collection of images represents some of the visitors to the port of Hobart, as well as images taken from other Maritime events which I have been fortunate enough to attend, namely the 100 Year Celebration of the Royal Australian Navy.
